Birthday gifts

Scrapbook and book
Kakatuwa! At may bukingan portion. Anover!

Tenk yu mare! They are cute!

It’s my birthday!

As requested by my nieces and nephew, they’d like to have a picnic on my birthday and so picnic it is. We first attended the Easter Sunday mass then headed off to Burnham. While the kids were having fun at the park, some of us adults went our separate ways to buy lunch. I also invited some relatives.

Hmp. Anyway, it was lots of fun.

Sa office naman, treat lang ng merienda. Share kami ni teammate. Birthday din kasi nya ng March.

Tapos, coffee with friends.

My niece (sa pinsan) is getting married!

Yep! My niece, J, is getting married! I was actually surprised when my brother told me about it. The last time she was here in February 2007, she was very much single but now she’s getting married this December! Lucky girl. She already found her Gilbert Blithe. I am happy for her. They will be wed in Canada though, so we won’t be able to attend it. I really wish I could hehe.

Best wishes to you and whoever my new nephew is (haven’t met him yet), please take care of my niece, take care of each other. God bless you both!

Farewell dinner for Weng and Fides (and Pey)

Weng and Fides were lucky to land a job in Singapore (Barcap). They flew to Singapore yesterday, together with Baby Ysa. It was a blessing for the couple because opportunity knocked a day before Fides’ last day in Sykes. After passing the series of interviews, they were finally requested to start work on May 7, 2007. To wish them luck and best wishes in their new endeavor, we got together for a simple but sumptuous dinner at Josefina’s Seaside, Macapagal last May 1.

Pey will also be leaving for Japan on Sunday so the dinner is for all of them. He will be away for 6 months.
